Hot Springs 71913 Internet is not Springs since 4 pm yesterday off Thotnton Ferry. Not a good thing when you work from home and homeschool. I pay on time so put your men to work. Let's get internet or I won't be paying you or anyone else

Down since 1130am of Monday July 26th 2021, still down. Called during bus. Hours 3 times, waited on hold for 35 to 50 minutes each time, then call picked up and dropped. NOT happy
