12:10pm 98403 Tacoma. Internet is down. Just spoke with RC tech support, widespread outage in Tacoma area. No timeline for when it will be back up.

Constantly browning out at all times of day. We have a business that depends on internet connection for meetings and the disruption is CONSTANT. GET. IT. TOGETHER. You have ONE job!

98403, Tacoma: turns out that the stream is working; it replay of recorded program that isn't working. RC's 'expert' had no idea. Asked me to go to settings and then wanted me to provide credit card number!!!!!

98403, Tacoma: no TV for nearly 30 mins now. When I reported it, the RC chat 'expert' connected me to a site to join a trial of some sort--that requires me to give a credit card number. (I did not do that.) I asked for an eta but no response.
