It's South Puget Sound's main phone, cable TV & high-speed Internet provider for phone, DSL, cable & TV service in Tacoma, Puyallup, Centralia, Eatonville, Graham regions. The cable internet from Rainier Connect is made available to an estimated 43,000 people, that makes it the 79th largest provider of cable broadband in the US by coverage area. Also, in addition to cable broadband, Rainier Connect also offers DSL internet service to approximately 16,000 people locally.

98445, Tacoma/Midland — this is ridiculous. It’s becoming a weekly occurrence now where the internet just cuts out. I work from home. I left Xfinity for this reason.

Tacoma 98408 Internet out AGAIN been a serious issue with this company ...went off about 830am today 2/10/23 an hour gone by now and still down...seems to be becoming a habit with RC and being a streaming customer can't get TV at all without RC internet active.

98407 Forced to go to to Rainierconnect streaming in Oct. Worst service ever. You literally have to hold the remote the whole time you are watching TV because the video freezes every 1-2 minutes especially during the day and evening. Better after midnight. I've signed up with two other streaming services as free trials and neither one of them does this. Switching, even though I've been with click, then rainier connect for 20 years and would like to support the local business but I'm done. If I have to go streaming, I'll go with one that works and gives the same channels (even more sports) at a cheaper price. (FUBO)
