It's South Puget Sound's main phone, cable TV & high-speed Internet provider for phone, DSL, cable & TV service in Tacoma, Puyallup, Centralia, Eatonville, Graham regions. The cable internet from Rainier Connect is made available to an estimated 43,000 people, that makes it the 79th largest provider of cable broadband in the US by coverage area. 98407 Forced to go to to Rainierconnect streaming in Oct. Worst service ever. You literally have to hold the remote the whole time you are watching TV because the video freezes every 1-2 minutes especially during the day and evening. Better after midnight. I've signed up with two other streaming services as free trials and neither one of them does this. Switching, even though I've been with click, then rainier connect for 20 years and would like to support the local business but I'm done. If I have to go streaming, I'll go with one that works and gives the same channels (even more sports) at a cheaper price. (FUBO)

Outrageous lack of service. I have been a customer since the inception of CLICK which should never have been given up by TPU/City of Tacoma. There have been continuous problems with Rainier Connect.
