Silver City, NV 89428 service has been down for 10 days! PN offers no consistent explanation and few updates. No ETA in sight. Many customers are impacted and jumping to other providers. Wonder if PN will survive.

Actually I use to rave about their services but I knew when they were bought out by cooperate. Like everything else around us. "one world government Bull" it is when the portal went down for what, over a year. when it did come back all you get is PAY YOUR BILL HERE. none of the reports on ever aspect of your minute by minute coverage, speeds and all that. all customized how you wanted. John use to answer the phone after hours and help so did my neighbor tech support. This is nothing towards the employees I have had a good report on current staff. its CORPERATE. REBECCA

I agree with the last report. I have had intermittent issues for about a month to CURRENT NOVEMBER 7th. I have got NO problems with them, their site does not show anything in the last week that I have checked. I have had tickets open, closed and still the angulating problem persists. I do need to say I have learned a lot about providers, service (by the way I am paying the highest tier for something I am sure I have never had. 25 mbps downloads (DL), and 5mbps upload (UpL). last weekend on tech support showed me how to test speeds and it was from 0.3 DL at the least to at the max <20mbps more like 5mbps at this low speed I am unable to run my quick books or other big programs. This means I am un-able to work and have to go elsewhere to work and loose my time /money. Then last Thursday the 4th No internet what so ever. After calling multiple times I changed my email with PN I also told the last Tech Guy I should expect a discounted bill next day received a bill no discount and then a letter. Copied here. Yet it is early evening Sunday the 7th and I have nothing. 89447, Yerington NV. My and many of my friends internet service with Preferred Networks has been down since mid afternoon on Nov 3rd, and they have no information as to when it will be restored. Preferred Networks service is terrible and way over priced for what you get.
