14867 Newfield.. Goes weak all the time and have yet get even remotely close to 1gig.. When we heard fiber optics was coming to us we were excited because all we get is satellite internet... yuck.. We went from that to only about 285mbps download range and about 40mbps upload speed.. Now we get weak internet after about 3 weeks from the previous Mbps down to 8mbps download and .34 - 10mbps upload.. was also waiting on the phone for 30 min and another time for 40 min.. on hold.. spoke to no person.

Down again since point bought out Vergennes broadband our Fiber has been slow & down for no reason & with no explanation or credit, this is getting ridiculous! We have 6 people in our house relying on this service, get it fixed. 49331 Lowell, MI

49331 Lowell, Was streaming and lost all internet, router showed no issues, reset router and box, and still no internet. Seems like once or twice a month there is a random outage for hours no one can explain. Losing out on my monthly income by not being connected right now.

Out again!!! Second day in a row! Fantastic! What bullshit. If ya’ll don’t give your customers some credit, I’m filing a report with better business bureau. Sucks that in Hagerstown we have to choose between shit or full on diarrhea regarding service.

I have to come in on Saturday to work from home because I missed half a day trying to get my internet to work again. Now the power is out! I need a paycheck to feed my family and there’s been no resolution since this morning. Terrible!!!

21742 12 Hrs. with no connection. He'll of a way to do business. Not to mention Point Broadband is preventing others from doing their own business. Shoddy service then NO service.
