Is Orbitel internet down in Homestead North? We've tried resetting router and its still not working Bill is current etc.

ORBITAL, get your shit together. Internet problems out the ass for a solid 2 weeks now. I have to continuously reset our router. We pay to much for the internet to go down this many times in one day. I HAVE WORK TO DO.
