Open Broadband is an internet service provider committed to delivering high-speed broadband solutions. With a mix of technologies such as wireless, fiber optics, and potentially others, Open Broadband aims to cater to various user needs and demographics. However, like any ISP, there are certain challenges that may impact its service quality from time to time.
1. Service Interruptions: Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical glitches or server issues, temporary service interruptions may arise.
2. Decreased Internet Speeds: During times of peak usage, network traffic might increase, leading to potentially slower internet speeds.
3. Intermittent Connectivity: There might be moments when users face sporadic disconnections due to various reasons, including local disturbances or platform-specific anomalies.
4. Network Overloads: In areas with a high concentration of users or during specific high-demand periods, the network could become overloaded, resulting in lag or reduced data transfer rates.
1. Stay Informed: Regularly check Open Broadband's official channels or customer service updates for any known service interruptions or scheduled maintenance.
2. Reboot Equipment: Often, many connectivity issues can be resolved by simply rebooting the modem or router.
3. Opt for Wired Connections: If stability is crucial, consider utilizing a wired connection over a wireless one.
4. Engage Customer Support: For persistent issues, getting in touch with Open Broadband's support team can provide specialized troubleshooting and solutions.
By being proactive and using the aforementioned tips, users can mitigate potential disruptions and enjoy a more consistent online experience with Open Broadband.

Open Broadband provides hybrid and fixed wireless internet services to the region of North Carolina. All their packs start below $50 approx. and they do support net neutrality. Open Broadband also gives 24/7 customer support. That is the biggest lie ever told. This company is so unreliable. Always have outages sick of the unprofessional employees. They literally suck. They never know anything. If you can avoid them at all cost.
