About NuLink Digital
NuLink Digital is an American telecommunications company that has on offer internet service only for customers in the state of Georgia. The cable internet, cable TV, and phone service available from NuLink Digital is offered to an estimated 85,000 people, which makes it the 58th largest provider of cable broadband in the US by coverage area. It started as a division of Newnan Utilities in 1997, and then NuLink was spun off as a private entity in 2008, and has it continued to deliver new technology to residents and businesses throughout the area.

Internet out since midnight yesterday. They must fuvkup when they switch channel line up to all digital. Called and got n hold for 1hr+. No one answer. Sick of Nulink. Moving to Charter. 30265

Have been on hold over 2 hours twice today. Nobody ever picks up. I’ve sent 4 emails and not a single response. Internets been out for over 12 hours.

No internet for almost 14 hrs. Called twice and on hold each time for over 2 hrs with no answer. If noone is manning the phones, update your web content to clearly define outage time estimates for specific areas. 30277

Internet still down, going on 15 hours. No real communication from nulink. It would be nice if they had learned something about giving their customers useful information regarding outages. Unfortunately they haven't, so I submitted my order to a different provider today.

My digital phone is down AGAIN! I’m sick of only having a phone 3-4 days a week. I never get an adjustment on my bill, even though it’s promised every time! I can never get through to NuLink Newnan. I’m sick of this company, especially for the amount I’m being charged each month and unable to get service for days at a time! Newnan, Ga 30263

Tried to call for 2 hours and 8 minutes. No answer. Evident unlink doesn't care about customers. Also unable to get information online. Their information website doesn't work.
