Business Internet Service has been going in and out since yesterday afternoon, and continues to do so today. Cannot reach anybody at WOW....since Nulink became WOW, service sucks !

Peachtree City 30269 Our Nulink has been out for 2 days, no internet or TV. Hoping this problem is resolved quickly.

NuLink/WOW, internet, phone and cable all down. Time to start looking at streaming services and another internet provider. Completely unreliable now.

Left Nulink, no way to even get in touch with anyone. WOW is the new company, so it's going to be the same way with them. I'll advise everyone to just find another provider.

30265-Newnan As of today, 10/9, I am still without internet from nulink for the 9th day in a row. Finally had enough with this and have signed up for a different provider. On my final call to nulink, they offered to schedule a technician to come out as it was “all they could do” but indicated when he came out, he would not be able to fix the issue. Could not provide any eta for a fix. Enough was enough.

Sharpsburg 30277, Internet still down. Going on 7 days. Was finally able to talk to a support person yesterday, and he said they were working on it. But wouldn't explain further or give an estimated time for service to be restored. What in the world is happening that could be causing this outage? NuLink recovered from a tornado quicker than this!

30263 Newnan no internet service still after 6 days, I have called everyday with no answer, no answer of emails, I even went down to the office, which is empty and drop boxes overflowing with material. Its like no ones on the other end to help.

Newnan 30265 spent 6 days calling nulink with no answer. Internet has been down for 6 days now! Finally called again this morning around 7am finally got to speak with someone who will Escalade the issue. Hopefully I will have internet soon.

Finally got internet back on. You people that have not gotten through to nulink need to do what I did and call at midnight and let them know you don't have internet. And then call again the next day around midnight. That's what I did and Finally had service back on around 9:00 this morning

My phone has been out since October 1st, 2021. I am disabled and need my phone for emergencies. I had a friend call and was on hold for hours with no avail. When can you help me get my service back??

30265-Newnan—I have been without internet service since midnight Thursday night 9/30. After multiple failed calls I FINALLY got through to someone at nulink twice today. First call, technician said I needed a docsis 3.1 modem or it wouldn’t work, period. I bought one and called back. Second tech said that was utter nonsense and indicated nulink is aware of the issue but was vague about it being actively worked on.

Newnan - 30265. Been without internet since the upgrade Thursday night. Just like all other comments, no info from Nulink. Have not returned an email & do not answer the phone. This is very irresponsible. This situation was created by Nulink,. You need to take the responsibility & also communicate what is being done to correct it. The way you are treating the customers is totally un acceptable .
