Want to know why they aren’t giving ETA’s on the outage? Because it’s a weekend and nobody is actually working on the issue because they don’t care about providing service. They only care about taking our money. Can’t wait for my full bill though!

Downtown, Des Moines 50309 Yep, got a NexGen outage here too. I don't understand what is going on. It was working just fine last night. At first I thought it was a router issue as unplugged and plugged my router back in, nope. Turns out it's a bloody outage! NexGen, please get your services back online soon! Y'all suck at transparency!
