Every time the wind tops about 10mph my internet has a stroke. I require the internet for work, that’s why I pay for the top package. So you can imagine my frustration when the internet goes down every time a cow farts. Longview, Tx 75604

75604, Longview. I told this company and their technician a two weeks ago when i had issues that this was related to their hubs being so far outdated. they dont what to listen to me, and now it is happening again. they either need to get out of this area and let a more reputable company like spectrum come into the area, or update old equipment. I used to do this kind of work in the army.

I can’t file a repair request for cable tv. I’ve been on hold forever and hung up. The website won’t let me do it either. Ridiculous. I’ll be going internet tv. See u later

Why am I being asked to pay a dollar to chat with someone to fix my internet and cable when I pay 250 a month. I have not seen a refund or credit for times I have no service.recommend dish or direct tv?
