Here we go again!! No service in the Wellsville area 66091!! What the FFFFF is wrong Kwikom? even if I have connection it is less then half the mbps I pay for most of the time and there is a clear unobstructed vent to the tower! I need to call GoBrolly and see if they have service in my area!!!

Internet appears to be back up in osawatomie...we'll see for how long. Still zero response from their support which is not surprising.

Still out and cannot get anyone to take my 21 previous phone calls - either busy or dropped. I have left a message to be called back.

My internet has been going lately! Never used to happen. What is going on? Off now. Seems when Kwikom took over became worse!!

Hiawatha 66434 No service overnight and all day today. Reported the outage and have not received a call back for an update. Message tells us Tech Support 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days a week ???

Kwikom sucks! Outages all the time. Customer service doesn’t give a shit about the customer. Tech support has only one line….unplug, plug back in, let the system reboot. Hell any second grader knows to try that before subjecting yourself to the aggravation of having to talk to Kwikom!
