77459 - Missouri City Internet went out at 4pm yesterday. Called early this morning to be told it was my routers and not the modem. Told them it’s the router as I connected and Ethernet cable from the modem to my computer and nothing. Called back - on hold for 1 hour and 55 minutes and get a lady that couldn’t find my account and when she did she hung up on me. Called back again and waited 50 minutes to be told that “ we are aware of the modem (Tg3452) that isn’t connecting. Well why wasn’t that message on your website or phone system as I have wasted 4 hours today in trying to find someone to help. I have been with you all for 30 years and I have to say this transfer is messed up!!! Get it fixed or you will be seeing a lot of folks leaving you!!!

77494, Katy TX - Internet and WiFi has been down since late yesterday and you all are impossible to get a hold of. Also, your new phone system which does not allow for you to get inline for a call back it ridiculous. You really expect someone to sit on the phone for an hour or two? Maybe you should upgrade you systems and hire more people!!!
