I am thinking they don't want to service small communities any more all of my friends that have other providers have never had there internet out longer than an hour. This is ridiculous.

Taos, NM 87571 Cell phone service out since yesterday evening. Nothing but recording trying to use the service OR contact the service. They report they are aware of an outage affecting the states of Arizona and New Mexico and that they are working to correct it but after more than 24 hours no resolution and unable to reach any Customer Service Rep to assist customers. Quite frustrating and dangerous when you think about it.

Choice is the worst internet provider I've ever dealt with. 2 years ago ordered the high speed pkg and never worked. Signal kept dropping every 30 mins. I would've cut off payments but they're crafty trapping you into a 2-yr agreement. Numerous times I called to ask them send out a tech to fix it. They asked for $125 service fee first. Ely, Nevada 89301... Choice Broadband is down again, third night in a row. When up, speed is half of promised. This is getting very frustrating. Looking for alternatives.
