Seattle 98103 I have notnyad internet for 4 days. I can not talk to a live person. This website says there are no outages but my neighbor and I both do not have service. Century link is turning into real crap. Will be moving my service asap!

3 years of constant problems and horrible service. Rural MN and no other options. Currently waiting for a service call tomorrow. Total loss of internet on 6/12. FCC has been contacted and informed me they have been in touch with CenturyLink. My main concern is that I'm a mental health therapist that provides therapy from this location.

No problems with Centurylink? Who are you kidding? In Iowa no phone and intermittent internet since last Wednesday night and they aren't planning on having the repair finished until the 25th. This should be a major news story

As of yesterday morning have no internet, which is a big problem because I work from home. Nothing has gone out from CenturyLink.

This is total bullshit. Told me at 7am it would be fixed by 4pm. Then 430. Then 6pm. Now that creepy robot boy says June 8. No humans. No reason. No info. No customer service. But somehow, they always pull the draft outta my account on time. This is the kind of crap Congress needs to address, NOT whether or not to fly the fairy flag

internet has been extremely sketchy for about 24 hours. Constant problems with Internet service here. One of the highest priced internet services as far as I can tell, but the only service available here. Hoping another provider will move into the area so I can change. Overton Texas 75684

Cedar Rapids, IA. 52401 Absolutely No phone for a month. There have been problems since December off and on. They are”working on a cable problem”. This affects a assisted living facility. Depending on land line for life alert. If someone dies, it’s on CenturyLink.
