87144 - Rio Rancho. I have been living here for almost 3 months. I have been using Centurylink and have to say the service is horrible. My internet drops daily multiple times a day. I have not gone more than 24 hours without my internet droping. I have had the tech here 2 times, have recently called the last 3 weeks since the last visit. On hold the last 2 times they dropped called after 40 mins, no call back and no appointment. Each time there is issue with dispatch. Recent appointment had a shceduled dispatch for today. Called to confirm and now told there is no appointment. If you are in the Rio Rancho area thin hard and long about Centurylink. Extremely frustrating service, customer support and overall performance.

my internet service has been droping out now for about the last 1.5 months. It takes at least 1/2 hr min to talk to someone, then I have to go repeat all the same info all over again. can you help? Today I have rebotted the Centry link provided modem at least 3 times, Service comes up for a short period - 15 min - 1 hr, then drops out again. I believe it is in their lines but because the service comes back up they are never willing to check further.

72079 Jefferson, AR (Little Rock Area) Internet has been down since Saturday around Noon. On hold for Tech Support for over and hour and still no answer. When to the public library and still couldn't log into Centrylink's page. But the can send me a text want me to fill out a survey. What a terrible Customer Service center!

Never seen a company be so terrible and not care. Internet goes in and out all day long. We have to turn everything off in the house that uses the internet when we watch a movie. If we don't it usually takes 4 hrs to watch a 2 hr movie. Supposedly had an outage today and was fixed at 11:12 am this morning. It is 8:05pm and still no service. WTF?! Take a little pride in what you do CenturyLink. I bet the owner is sitting his/her rich ass on a beach right now connected to some company that's not century link! How's the internet there? Total BS in VA

Internet running a little slower.I have 20 MBS but I was told people cannot get 20 MBS for there service.No parts no spots to get connected to for there service.Two people canceled there service.One person has two 10mbs systems just so they can have service.Twin Cities friends are telling me they make a appointment and no one shows up to install service.Many unhappily customers.I’m very lucky mind works.Living nine miles west of Spooner,wis. In the middle of rural wis..hard to get any internet or tv service here.Directv to expensive for service. spooner,wis.

Seattle 98103 No internet for a week!!! This is beyond ridiculous. Not even a whisper of information from Centurylink as usual. I run diagnostic tests on their website and keep getting promises of fixing the outage by 1:13 that day, then it’s 6:00, and the next day inevitably. I began this song and dance 4 days ago now and today they say it should be resolved by 8pm. Hmmm, do you think I should take them at their word?!

Seattle 98103 I have notnyad internet for 4 days. I can not talk to a live person. This website says there are no outages but my neighbor and I both do not have service. Century link is turning into real crap. Will be moving my service asap!
