Hot springs 71913 ... well now that I found this page that helps know that it's not just me! Is there a way they can send a notification of outage? Am I missed something? Everytime it goes out I have no answers. I work from home.

Hot Springs 71901 SAME! Unlimited hold on support line, no internet since midnight now 3 a.m. this is twice in the last 2 weeks. Last time I got an apology notice the day after. However, they are now charging an extra 1.00 a month to mail a statement.

71901 Hot Springs The "100% reliable" service is out again. Not a surprise. ETA -- they never answer attempt to answer that.
