Internet down since roughly 9pm August 12, 2023. It is after 5am August 13, 2023 and my router still has the Online blinking blues, while WIFI is a solid green. This is ridiculous. I've reset and unplugged the box several times with the same result. Please do better. Some folks actually have things to do with this internet we pay for. Or are we just paying for a box that matches the decor? 36856. Who else is having issues?
