Internet has been blinking in and out all day. It went out about half an hour ago. No word from the company about anything being down. I hate that they dont communicate with their customers and inform us of outages in certain areas so we know if its a system issue or if it could possible be a equipment issue.

12-23-23... Alexandria... Internet out again.... Saturday morning before Christmas. I'm pretty sure no one is there to call about the problem. Outages are far too often.

Internet has been at since 2:00pm today. I work from home so I couldn't do my job. Called several times. Immediately goes to voicemail and never got a return call. As much as we pay for internet we should at least get a call back

We have been having intermittent outages for the last few weeks. It’s Not our home router!!!! Zip- 46011 Doug and myself disconnected and he dusty call back. I can’t get through now. Ridiculous! Debbie is the only one that gets anything done at BM.

I'm in Richmond 47374, literally for the past month my wifi/internet connection has been very jumpy and usually it's complete garbage, last month it was fine but now it's constantly all over the place and all my online games are basically unplayable because of this and it's really annoying

Dover 41034. No internet all day. Had a hard time finding phone number to call and report. It was very windy yesterday and I try to be patient but would like to know how long it will be out.

Our internet has gotten slower and slower. Looking for other options soon if I can't it straight. I work from home now and this is unsatisfactory. Worton, MD
