@KP I have been with Bluespan for 3 years and this is a first for significnant downtime, which is why I will be very interested to learn what happended. Traditionaly downtimes have been few and short (30 mins). having said that they are terrible about provideing situational awareness, something I hope to see improved. Great to hear you work 2nd sources.. a must in todays work demands

85629 - I've only been with them for 10 days and also am using a hot spot to keep working. Have never been down for such a long period with any other provider...but know that you can't rely on any one source! How will they notify us when it is back up??

I have been tracking outage since early Tuesday Tucson AM. This is a wide area outage, so suspect a major issue involved. At this point I’m assuming Bluespan is down for the day. While frustrating I’m grateful for the fact that normally I get great service in my very remote area up in the mountains. Also glad that I established a fall back plan (hot spot via cell phone) for this occasion, while not ideal allows me to limp along. Again concerned about the wide spread Bluespan Tucson outage and looking forward to an update by them to let us know what happened.

i live feet from a tower and I have had nothing since early AM...working on a tax deadline that is TODAY! My neighbor just told me she has bluespan and she has TV and email...how is that possible!!!!

As of a minute ago, blue span said that it may be an hour but could be sooner or it could be later. And they have no system in place to put updates anywhere.
