This last outage (01/14 - 01/15/26) was the LONGEST Ive ever experienced in my four and a half years as a Bluespan customer. Honestly, I've generally had very decent service from them so far, but since this last outage was resolved (sometime between 9:00pm on 1/15 and 6:00am on 1/16, I assume), my service has been EXTREMELY degraded, with latency issues that I've never had in the past. I want to know what happened during this last outage. Something obviously affected the infrastructure. I work from home and rely on this service for work and CANNOT afford lengthy outages like this. GET IT TOGETHER, BLUESPAN! We're paying you to be a REAL ISP, so start acting like it!

Been out since 12 last night. Insane that they can't even bother to pick up the phone and explain or give us an estimated time that it would go back up. Truly, fantastic customer service ????

85739 Catalina - Internet and phone service went down at 12:20 AM on 01/15/26. Sill down at 4:00 PM. This is the first long term outage since signing on with Bluespan in June 2025. Switched from Century Link, their outages would last for days.

Avoid this company. I wonder what excuse they'll have this time. Very inconsistent service. Always having problems. Seems infrastructure is incapable of handling a sustained daily operation. Out since 12am in 85743. Maybe its time for starlink.
