My phone has been down since Frid. night. I can't call or text anyone. I can receive calls form someone with a different carrier. What is going on. My husbands is the same. Please get this problem fixed. we are both Seniors and have no other phone service except Blue Grass Cellular.

When I call my husbands phone is says it is a non working number. He can call out and receive texts. And there is obviously no after hours tech support to fix these issues. 42104 Bowling Green

When I call my husband it rings once then says I have reached a non working number. Why.

My mother has been unable to receive calls all day. It simply gives a recording that her number is not receiving calls. She can call out but cannot receive. She is in the 42104 zip code area.
