Was fine for 2-3 weeks. As of today it’s back on it’s intermittent drops and buffers. Worse than ever before. They’re now claiming it could be our older modem. So then why is it fine for a few weeks then bad for a few weeks? Unacceptable. Kunkletown 18058

Lag spikes. Intermittent disconnects. Blue Ridge sucks. They don't even tighten the cable ends outside. They always say it's your modem or your end. Then after everything is replaced they find the problem a mile away. What a joke. Techs are clueless. Slatington

Reporting back after my post from over a week ago. Tech came, replaced cable line coming in to the house. Problem persisted for probably 4-5 days after. Now I’ve noticed the last few days have been back to normal. This will maybe last a week or 2, then I guarantee we’ll get the intermittent disconnects all day every day for another few weeks.

Constantly down. Tech was out to check. Found nothing wrong! So why is it every morning and evening and during the day constantly have to reset as we have no service. Extremely frustrating and annoying !! Wernersville 19565

Saylorsburg, 18353. Internet has intermittently gone out multiple times this week. Granted, it has been only a few minutes at a time, but when working remotely, the connection needs to be reliable. Unfortunately, there are no other internet options in this area, so we are stuck with it. But the outages negatively impact my work. Blue Ridge never fails to take payments from my account immediately as due. But they don't seem to care if their crappy service prevents me from earning an income to be able to pay my bills!

Same problems here in Palmerton. Speed tests show I’m fine and then I’ll be completely disconnected 30 seconds later. This is happening all day long every day for several weeks now, and only when my devices attempt to access Blue Ridge Cable’s network - they work fine anywhere else. You can kind of fight to load webpages if you keep refreshing, but streaming is practically impossible.

Ephrata, PA: Cable Internet has been unstable with stuttering for past few weeks. Speeds are testing fine, but the connection is inconsistent. Very annoying. Pages fail to load. I have keep disabling and restarting wifi on my tablet to load content. Desktop apps are also affected, such a Teams calls.

Reporting back after a tech came out. He says the cable line coming into the house was old (we moved in 10 years ago, so guessing it was installed then unless there was already a previous line). He replaced the line and the wall jack inside where the cable runs to the modem. So far everything seems ok. Judging by all the other reports, there must be something else going on. Good luck everyone!

We contacted Blue Ridge and they claim it’s something on our end, and are sending a tech out tomorrow. But this has been going on for months, intermittent connectivity, fine for 20-30 mins then down for about 5 mins, constantly. Will report back. Hard to believe it’s on our end when so many others are having the same problem.

WiFi is out since the last thunder storm about a week ago. Comes on for a few minutes and then shuts off. I unplugged the router and modem for a while then powered up the modem, powered up the router and nothing. Need help ????????????

Moved in 1/1/23 and Internet connection had occasional issues. Fast forward to May and all of the sudden, periodic outages went to FREQUENT outages spanning anywhere from a few minutes to multiple days. Coincidentally, I've noticed a lot of work being done by Blue Ridge all over the county. Then I get something in the mail saying I can switch to an even higher speed Internet now. How convenient! (aka give them more money.) My guess is they're trying to push out low-paying, mid-tier customers to squeeze for even more money. 17545 Manheim

We pay about $100/month. The past 3-4 months have been unacceptable. Speed test shows I’m just fine but the internet is in and out constantly all day. This seems to happen for a few days-a week at a time, and happening about every 2 weeks. Kunkletown 18058
