18229-Jim Thorpe…. Anyone else having issues with internet? Experiencing a ridiculous amount of packet loss and buffering when streaming… absolutely horrendous service for what ya pay… 1GB services and can’t even keep solid connection for 30 minutes.

18331 Spoke to someone there yesterday said they were working on fix still nothing. Called again tech says no outage remember that when I say check is in mail. For as much as they charge should give $$$$ back with all the time it's down
