Yesterday had on and off outages all morning and now today our internet has been out since 11am (it is currently 4pm). We have 2 people that work from home so this is an issue. When we call Bertram they have no update for the “support ticket” they put in, they said the people could check it out today yet or tomorrow. 53078 Rubicon

We are currently experiencing an outage due to a fiber outage with one of our upstream providers. This outage directly effects the following counties: Brown, Outagamie, Kewaunee, Calumet, Manitowoc, Oconto, Shawano. We have re-routed traffic to the best of our abilities as we await restoration. We have not been provided with an ETR at this time. This message will be updated as additional information becomes available. Thank you. -- Best, Bertram Internet

Internet still down since 2 pm yesterday. It's now been 24 hours. Called tech support and he said he just got word that everything was back up and running. That was 30 minutes ago. Service is still down.

No internet since 12:30 today. Called a few times and Bertram could not provide an ETA. Unapologetic to the situation. Working from home, this is not acceptable and should have been fixed by now. It’s been 10+ hours. 54130 Freedom
