Troubleshoot yourself
First identify whether the problem is a phone issue, Internet or Cable TV service
- Fix Internet outage issue by rebooting your modem. Unplug it, wait for a minute and then plug it in once more.
- If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi, turn it off and switch it on again. Then restart the device.
- In case of a cable down issue- restart the cable box, wait for a while and then switch on your TV again.

I am located in Garfeld, NJ - Tel (201) 937.8086 My husband, Ken, who usually takes care of our TV often going down can't handle this problem. He is in serious condition at Hackensack Hospital in NJ having had a major stroke. Not only am I very worried about him but I also don't know how to rectify a problem when the TV goes off. Something about a Mini Altice came up and I was instructed to press 7 and 9 simultaneously and so on and so on. I can't get out of this mode. Please, why does my TV keep going off? This happens so often. It's very annoying! Can you possibly have a technician bring my TV back to working order? I don't have a clue how to fix this. I got rid of optimum because my service was going out 5 or 6 Times a day. For months. I got altice one and it's worse 4 days of interruptions. All the service goes out constantly. 4 technicians. Changed everything inside n outside. N it's worse.so they said now there sending over a fiber engineer. That's a laugh.if it happens after he leaves I will personally return every thing they put in
