Troubleshoot yourself
First identify whether the problem is a phone issue, Internet or Cable TV service
- Fix Internet outage issue by rebooting your modem. Unplug it, wait for a minute and then plug it in once more.
- If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi, turn it off and switch it on again. Then restart the device.

Can only send text message to other iPhone user. Group messages will not function. I’ve checked all settings, reset the phone. This is a service issue.
