Sparta NC no income outgoing cell service 5g phones only can use WiFi to get make calls been going on a month.should have made sure towers were working before you messed with them

My phone and my wifes are showing weak service bars. This problem started on 9/8/2023 We have had good service until then.We live in Newland 28657. Can't understand what is going on Both are new 5g phones

I have no phone service or internet. I'm having to use my home wifi. There is a tower 1/10 of a mile above me and 1/5 mile below me. I'm on 16 mountain in Millers Creek. What is the problem??

No calls in or out several times today. Avery/Watauga, other family with CW having the same issues. Dead service in places it usually not and phones not receiving calls. Texts work as long as connected to wifi.

In newland 28657 getting no service message, can't make or receive calls on my cell but the other 2 cells on MY account are both working...but mine keeps doing this on and off ?*!?***

27030 Mt. Airy I recently switched to CWW. Every time I try to talk I end up with a dropped call!!! I think I have made a mistake!!
