77836 Caldwell - No internet service this morning at all. Service has been underperforming for last several weeks. Not getting the reliability for $80 a month. I am actually getting faster speed on my AT&T phone hotspot than when Zochnet is working. smh

WiFi has been out since 1/28 at 3pm, can’t reach anyone and nobody is replying to support tickets. Smithville TX.

rockdale 76567 -- Zochnet isn't working and after 5pm or on weekends, there is no support. any effort to contact them has to wait for regular daytime business hours. This includes no support on weekends or holidays so if you go down, you are down. I have to pay for a 2nd service as a backup to them because i can only get fixed wifi or satellite where I live and I work from home. I cannot work if I have no internet.
