31061. Milledgeville, GA. This is day 2 of no internet. Customer Service just told me 2 technicians are working on this and it is affecting thousands of customers. I think they better call the top management and vendors for this one. I worked in the data center for a major cable provider for 30 years and can tell you something big like this would cause serious concerns due to 911 and buisness SLA requirements. This one is going to take more than 2 technicians and a pair of plyers to fix.

Hickman Kentucky 42050 checking in with bad news for anyone in our area… 2 weeks of total Zito Media internet outage and counting! Their reliability has plummeted to all time lows! Simply put, they SUCK!

Purchased service less than two weeks ago. Internet service has been down 30+ hours with a reported 77 customers in the region experiencing the same outage. It would be helpful if the company could keep customers updated on the status of when service might be restored in the 96130 and 96013 zip codes of Northern California.

We have not had internet for 14 days now and no clear answers. Absolutely ridiculous situation. They say the area wide outage is the cause but no answers regarding solutions. Milledgeville / Sparta 31087

Zito has been down for 2 days. Customer service were vague on the issue- “the whole cmts went down” (whatever that means) and they “do not have an eta” as to when they’ll have “everyone back up and running” but I am “more than welcome to message or call in for an update” There is no info provided on the website to indicate that there is a current “area wide outage” but these issues should be addressed with the people paying for the services they aren’t providing along with a time frame on the progress of the restoration of the service. No internet services for going on 3 days. Vague explanations, fake apologies. Customer support are patient and nice at least Zito got that going for them. I was told tech had to fly to get a part i hope he at least used first class but as the delay gets longer now i wish that he flew in coach with rest of the people paying for a useless service. This being said we have no choice to wait, and celebrate the fix when its done. Meanwhile, I read a book talked to my Wife, and accumulated hotspot usage on my phone to be able to work. Will i be compensated ? Or credited ? Maybe , Maybe not. But one has to reflect on the accountability of big company towards the one that pay there bills. We will see. But Zito, get your act together, right now looks like a circus clown show. 31061 Milledgeville GA

Been having issues for nearly over a month. Got really bad in the last 2 weeks. Cable modem connection drops, can't stream, frequent lost packets, timeouts, pages don't load, etc. Too bad Zito is the only game in town. Now I'm not the biggest fan of Elon but Starlink for residential is getting pretty attractive now. The monthly cost is about double what Zito charges and there is a one-time initial equipment fee but if the connection is reliable I may just have to opt for that. 62966 Murphysboro

Snow Shoe here issues almost daily down for around d 3 to seconds to 5 minuts multiple times a day since we have had them. Yet they say we have only been down 3 times this year. Currently have no internet TV or phone and I work from home. This means no hours or pay till they get their crap fixed. But I won't see a deduction on the bill. Never do.been down for about 45 minuts. Still down byw

Zito media outages daily here in Waynesville NC. Sky Runner is bringing fiber optic internet to Hemp Hill area. Please everyone, call them and tell them you're interested so we can get rid of Zito. Zito's service sucks more than their customer service. They train their employees to lie to customer. You can read about it on Glassdoordotcom where employees talk about it. Scum bag company run by crooks who used to own Adelphia (and ran that company out of business I might add). Please call Sky Runner if you love in the area and want to get rid of Zito Media!

Zito Media is a trash company. Go read reviews on Glass Door where employees post about being trained to lie to customers. I pay for 100Mbps service, and get 0.50 Mbps download speeds. Service is off more than it's on. Skyrunner is bringing fiber to this area, hopefully they will push this trash company out of the market cause they deserve it for the way they treat customers.

28721 iron duff Crabtree area down since last night so 18 hours no internet so far today. I am truly sick of this and over not having any other options for service but zito. Work from home kinda need service for that.

Our internet is going in and out like crazy. Then when you call they say “ someone is being dispatched to your area”. Some of my job is from home! We pay for a high gb package and we don’t get it. We are able to check. It is cute how they report “ only two outages or 6”. No, they are under reporting on purpose!

Susanville 96130, pay for internet and barely get access to it, yet they don’t give us a discount. At this rate I’m paying a month and barely getting half that of usage.
