Internet shut down called on the land line and the lady would not tell me that the over all service is down but instead tried to have me reboout the router and the control box. As soon as I powered off the control box lost the land line. Have another call in on the cell phoned and am tethered to it for minimal internet service. Anybody have any idea what the problem is, hardware down, software corrupt or hacked?

98021 No reported 'outage' by Ziply, but I am seeing a huge amount of lost packets, sometimes as much as 20% of all packets lost over a 1 minute span. This is without any in-house networking, I am plugged directly in to the 'fiber modem'. I can't work like this. I can't even stream a youtube video like this.

99320 internet has been down for 20 hours

Beaverton, OR 97003 Internet has been consistently dropping for months and has steadily gotten worse. No outages according to Ziply. Service has dropped four different times since 8:30 a.m. I am FURIOUS!
