Every night for the last 3 nights... they cut the internet off for 8-16 hours. Starting at 1 a.m. and last anywhere from noon to 4 p.m. these guys are playing games. Poor service. I am nocturnal. So i use the internet the most at night. And these guys keep playing games. Time for a new internet provider. 60442 Manhattan

Terry stated 4.45 pm that they are aware of an outage on south of tower affecting 500 customers upstream for them and working with their providers bit no no mass notification or repair time since 4.45 pm but actually since 2/2/22 the first real storm in 60950,Manteno. Horrible service

Xl broadband Terry claims to be waiting on Fcc ordered equipment for upgrade and that we should just wait. Service has been Medicare for 2+ months 60950 manteno
