I got wow internet last week and cannot watch Hulu live in Eastern time zone. It has been stuck in California time zone Was told this would be fixed yesterday or by May 10. Come on why so long. Is this the kind of service you are offering with your wow. Zip code 33777

Evansville, IN: The sound on the TV has been out since 5 pm yesterday. I called last night & was told that there is an outage that they're working on. Didn't receive an official date on when the sound will be restored. All the channels work just fine.

No internet service in 60629 since Tuesday morning. It's now Thursday night. Came back for a couple hours this morning. But out again. Called for appointment and was told next week. That would make 8 days. If it lasts until then. Funny thing is how could it be a issue with my equipment if it comes back on periodically? Think my days with wow are at the end.
