The internet keeps going off and on, sometimes off for 30minutes or more. It seems to happen at hours of the day in the morning and evening when I suspect internet becomes busier so I wonder if it’s lack of bandwidth. It’s also really bad now that the snowbirds are back. Whatever it is, it’s seriously annoying and interferes with home security as well.

At noon on Nov.21 no network connection in Jackson Wy. 83001. Friend tried calling all weekend and I received no notification. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail without ringing. When someone tries to leave a voicemail phone just keeps ringing. Can receive texts tho.

My brother has Union wireless. He lives in southeast Wyoming, when he travels to Nebraska the phone will not work. What is the cause, this is a new problem that just started in the few weeks..

Seems only other Union phones can call each other , but no other phone service can call us.
