Silver City, NM 88061. Email had been down since 11/15/24. When the main outage returned a few days ago our emails stayed down. Talked with support (Todd today 12/10) and he got us back up and running. He has never let me down. Thank you Todd.

85743 I posted previously and did as said also while transition is taking place I had stored payment address in Atlanta GA with account number of TWN it was listed area where physical mail went I used that address with online banking to mail payment which typically takes 5 to 7 days to receive so should know at anytime if receive or not if not cashed by twn the bank returns its pretty much how you pay them, services by twn been down since storms.

TWN is still messed up! Interestingly, last night I had a brief window of access to my email (had to clear hundreds of messages & spam). Tonight, it's all down again and all I can get with tech support is a monotone recorded message. I wish TWN would just come clean and give customers some honest facts? Is this going to be the new normal of hit & miss service for email? Silver City, NM 88061

Can't pay bill can't get thru waiting too long so moving on to different services that are mobile and satellite phone connection as in SAT-PHONE 87543

my humble email account has been down for 2 weeks! The TWN tech support is a scam...and just gives a recording and no substantial information. To my knowledge, nothing is being done by this provider. I've been told that the TWN company is possibly collapsing and they're trying to draw out the closure as long as possible? Would appreciate any intel. Silver City, 88061

Update from yesterday. No email or Webmail access since last week 14 Nov.... Still getting error; "The certificate for imap.power.net is not valid for that server." Zip 85616Still Webmail." Tried to access webmail and I got "This server couldn't prove that it's webmail.powerc.net; its security certificate is from *.pangia.biz." Zip 85616
