Chino Valley, AZ, 86323 Having same problem as others: no internet for 2 weeks and now no e-mail. What can be done? Contact your state Attorney Generals' office and the office that controls utilities (here in AZ is is the Arizona Corporation Commission). And, demand at least one month refund. You can also stop payment on credit card or bank account.

I am in Dewey AZ. My login no longer works I have been calling them for 5 days on all lines no answer. They won't reply to any emails. I called their parent company in San Diego and that phone number gets an error unable to call from Verizon. I know the Michigan Frankenmouth office is closed it doesn't look good ad my password no longer works either.

Chino Valley, AZ no internet since 10/20. Can't get in touch with anyone, billing, technical, no one. We're moving and can't cancel service. No one will answer in any form. Still getting billed. Any ideas on who to call or contact. Supposedly they have an office on Floretine in Prescott Valley. Going by there today to see if anyone is even there. Don't exactly know what else to do. This better not affect my credit. And, don't know what to do with their equipment. What a disaster. Not sending anymore monies there way. Good luck eveyone.

86323 Chino Valley. Mike High internet has good reviews - and coverage - they are two weeks out scheduling new service - better call them now my people - and they actually call you back if you leave a message. They are inundated with calls for new service right now

No service here in Prescott Valley AZ 86315. Six days and counting no service no texting no contact with company can’t get through to anyone. Does anyone have an alternative here in Poquito Valley the northside of Highway 89A we don’t get cable out here so no century link or spark light service. Thanks to anyone who answers Brian.

Prescott 86303- TPT speed Connect _no internet since Oct 24, 2023. No way to talk to anyone. Still got the billing statement yesterday and an email reminder like a week ago. No notice of any problems or plans to customers. The least they could do. Be honest.

Sandusky mi 48471 Kip, ty for posting this info! My internet went out 8.20.23 I switched companies which took forever! I continue to get Bill's for speed connect and I just got 1 in the mail for $188, I spoke with the city manager here, he told me to mail the bill along with a letter to them ,telling them to stop service! And send it certified mail, wait for it to be returned and hold on to this letter, incase they send us to collections for there money, despite the fact the up and left and said nothing! I know that on the bbb website there are numerous complaints!! I dont know if contacting the ag here for Michigan is a option or even if a class action lawsuit is also a option? But we the consumers of speed connect need some thing done to protect us, for there screw up..I dont want this on my credit report!! I wasn't late ever in 6 years + on my bill....and I am sure anyone else reading this agrees with me?

Anyone in Michigan start looking for another provider speedconnect has up and left, their office in frankenmuth mi is for rent and when I did talk to someone there they said to find another provider they're not servicing Michigan any longer!!
