Endless internet issues for 2 years every 1-3 months . Not just oh reset your router, it’s always massive outages and bad repairs somehow causing massive packet loss and unusable internet

I’ve been a spark light customer for the past two years with Internet. And for 30 years with cable TV and the Internet has been off and on since they began doing it in 2002. But in the last two years since April 2020 I have had consistent Internet problems that sporadically played me every day! I have dropouts and packet loss anytime the ground is wet. I didn’t notice this correlation until probably a year into the problems. And then 11 months ago I began telling them I had made a correlation between wet soil and a loss of service. There’s always a intermittent dropping in and out of the Internet but my computer usually makes up for that. What it can’t do is help the fact that I completely lose my upload every time the ground gets wet. I was actually threatened by spark light employees who had came out to my trailer so many times but when they would come out the ground would be dry and they would only do a test for a short period and it always came back fine!!

Internet is good for 5 minutes before it reboots and kicks everyone off. At least 25 times a day. Getting very annoying. Please fix. 62092

Kirksville, MO 63501 Have had Wi FI problems for the past month. Also TV stations are not all available sometime most everyday. Maintenance have done the best they can it seems. They say it is in the line and has an effect on the Motorola box. Getting upset with this and paying the high enough monthly charges and no choice for adjustment it seems. Considering changing in the near future. Kelley Snipes
