I agree with these comments. I have been using Simply Bits since 2014 which had a fairly decent download speed hovering around 17 to 18 Mbps. It is now 2022 and the speed is around 8 Mbps or less. Their business is going to be in bits-and-pieces unless they turn it around.

Take me whole 16 hours to up loading 500 pictures, but just take me 10 minutes by using other service. This Simply Bits is getting worse and worse, we have used this service since 2016. I am looking for other carrier now.

Speed is horrible! Less than 1 on both upload speed and download for the past 2 days! Totally unacceptable. We have two sites at $50 each/month, we pay for 5MB not less than 1MB. a 3 min CNBC video took more than 34 min to view. If not fixed rapidly we will cancel, we've been customers since 2015, it gets worse every year. Please pass this on to Michael Burnstein, Thank you
