Internet has been off and on all Christmas Eve. This morning it hasn't worked more than a few seconds on them off for long periods. Had some lady come to my house and talked me into signing a year contract for a better price just 3 days ago. I do that and now no internet for 2 days. Go figure...

Hot Springs,71913. Been out since 12/22 around 12pm. Commented on the resort FB page and was blocked even though the comment made wasn't anything bad. Been using personal hot spots for tv streaming and devices. Worst internet ever dealt with. Didn't really expect much since it is a holiday, but the customer service is horrible.

My internet has been not working since Thursday and christmas is tomorrow so what I'm supposed to do I have neighbor said that they called and the cable company said that there is nothing wrong with it go figure

71901 Hot Springs. Internet has been out for over 24 hours. Reported it via phone call and no one came today. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and I don’t expect any service until Monday, maybe. This is totally unacceptable service. But then Resort Cable has us under their thumb in HS. We need another internet service here. I want a refund for the data that I am unable to use. Fat chance that I will get that. Just get here and fix the outage.
