Hello. I am currently using internet to stream tv shows. Every 5 minutes my show will stop, buffer, and then tell me that I’ve lost my connection. My phone and tablet remain connected but the connection to my tv is always turning off. I’m not getting enough bandwidth and I pay $60 a month for what you call the highest quality internet you have as a company. Disappointed and will be looking into switching elsewhere. Was much better when this company was Redshift.

I’m not sure what the deal is with this bullshit service. I can easily switch to AT&T bundle phone and internet for the same god damn price as this shitty service. Every day it’s a problem for me and I’m working from home in Salinas on the south side of town in the middle of a god damn Tower!!!!!

93906. Internet been down 2 days now cannot work from home which caused me to have to miss work because I am sick with COVID so I cannot even do any work from home. Very irritating because the service has gone downhill so much since switching from redshift

What the fuck razzolink! $20 a month for what! Beyond pissed with constant poor service!!! Every day!! The other reviews are right!! Fix it or I will NOT be a customer!

Razzolink has been down for hours. I cannot watch anything. Cannot check my work emails. This is not the first time either. It seems like every single day at least once the Internet goes down and not just for a few minutes. Sometimes it’s down for hours at a time. Today has been the worst. Terrible service. Consider switching because I am tired of the headache.

Internet been down all day. Call the number. Claims there is no issue whatsoever. Yet no internet all day long. In and out last night. Can’t watch anything. Have to use my cell phone which is not unlimited data. You pay for a cheap service you get a cheap service. Will be taking business elsewhere immediately.

93906 North Salinas. Internet does not work. Internet has not worked since switching from redshift. Yes it is cheap but it does not ever work and when it does you cannot finish one single Netflix episode without it buffering. It’s sad. I will be upgrading to someone better. It might cost me $20-$40 extra per month but I’m comfortable knowing I won’t ever have an issue and much higher bandwidth as well. Razzolink is absolute garbage.

Razzolink has been a piece of shit today! Every dam day it disconnects. Can’t go a single F’ing day without an issue. You get what you pay for. Piss poor BULLSHIT SERVICE.
