Internet down yet again while I'm working!!!! This service goes in and out multiple times a day. Im sick of this and my boss is going to end up firing me because of the unreliable internet connection!!! Fix this issue!!! I call in to place a ticket and can't get through due to all circuits being busy. Why do I pay you 165$ a month?!

85342 morristown AZ . My internet goes down every single day. It's so frustrating. I work from home and am about to get fired over this!!!! Everytime I report it they say they do something and nothing is done, never send anyone out. We are talking multiple times a day multiple times an hour why am I paying 165$ a month for crap services?!

85361 Wittmann I have no internet connection, and your phone customer service phone number is down too. I call it doesn't ring and hangs up. 2/17/22 Help please. I see nothing published
