The cable internet, cable TV, and phone service available from NuLink Digital is offered to an estimated 85,000 people, which makes it the 58th largest provider of cable broadband in the US by coverage area. It started as a division of Newnan Utilities in 1997, and then NuLink was spun off as a private entity in 2008, and has it continued to deliver new technology to residents and businesses throughout the area.

After multiple calls everyday and on hold for 1~2 hours, I was able to speak to service rep Sunday night. Seeming she was unaware of internet outage issue. When I asked what is reason for not answering phone, she quickly avoid answering. I mention about this website and so many peoples are complaining but she wasn't interested. I think they knew about this issue all along but don't know what to do since it's related to digital TV channel line up change. She escalated my case and promised to call me back within 24 hours. And of course, no one called yesterday. No internet since Thursday midnight. Frustrating. What a joke of a company. 30265

30265 - Newnan — been without internet since Thursday night around midnight. Have tried multiple calls to customer service during nulink’s hours but have not reached anyone. Submitted an email request but have not received a response. Called during off hours and got WOW support instead of nulink and had the case “escalated” so that I would receive a call from nulink sometime Monday, which never came. Still stuck with no internet at home.

Been on hold for days with Nulink and no answer. Finally got answer because I called at midnight. All he said that he could do is send in a report saying my internet was down. Couldn’t believe this but they didn't even know my internet has been down for 4 days. This company could not care any more less about their customers

No internet for almost 4 days now. Nulink will not answer their phone. Called Wow and they have no idea there is an issue and were not helpful. Dropping Nulink. Tyrone, GA 30290

30265 No Internet since midnight 10/1/21. Can't get through to customer service. No word on outages on their website. Today, I called Spectrum, got through immediately and ordered their service. GOODBYE FOREVER NULINK aka YOUSTINK

Newnan 30265 87 year old parent’s Digital phone line has been OUT OF SVC since Fri 10/01. Reported service failure multiple times via email as was on HOLD for more than 2 hrs. Saturday with no answer & hung up today due to 83 min wait time. HELP ! WOW as the parent company…provide some help by answering your Customer Service lines!

My business has been without phones since THURSDAY. Have spent countless hours on hold, never reaching anyone. They haven’t responded to support email, either. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Will be leaving NuLink ASAP!

30265 - Newnan — finally got through to customer service, and they were seemingly unaware of any issues. Attempted modem reboots and resets with no results. Customer service “escalated” the case. Now without internet for 60 hours.

Unreal. Internet still out from Thursday midnight. I doubt they even working on this over they weekend. They don’t care about customer. We all need to call and ask for at least one month credit when things settle down. What a joke of a company.
