76692 Whitney Internet has been going off and on since storms on 6/11, but the past 2 days it has been off from 11am to 8:45pm each day. Customer service made us go thru all the inside trouble/shooting in order to place a service call. No mention of work being done in towers, but outages are becoming a daily occurrence for the same time frame which is 9-10 hours of not working. Ridiculous for those who have medical devices that are monitored remotely via the internet. Five days out from a service call, and that’s supposedly expedited due to the medical situation.
