We have mostly been without internet for over a month. Technicians have been out three times & say it is fixed but unable to connect almost immediately after they leave. We are only a mile from the tower. News bulletins about new service being offered in NE Kansas but they are unable to service long time customers they currently serve. Elon Musk can’t get his satellites up fast enough for us because we are ready to pay over twice our current bill just to have reliable internet

The internet is unreliable, sure it cheap, but it will cut out at the worst time in the movie or show you are watching. I have called multiple time and service techs come out to say it is fine. Then a few days later same trouble. This is a service based business and no service is recieved.
