Cable goes out if you sneeze to loud. take them forever to come out and tell you.nothing they can do. When you call they talk crazy.

My internet goes out every single time we have a storm. They have given us the absolute worst equipment. I cannot tell you the amount of time I have spent reporting outages and WAITING for the issues to get fixed. It was out for almost 2 weeks and 5 days and we were still charged for the whole month. If there were a better option for this area I would take it. I would be better off to just go with my phone's hotspot. We actually wind up using it more anyway! Shame on Maxxsouth! Union, Ms 39365

Maxxsouth is GARBAGE...they give u garbage equipment and the issues with their service is allll the time...it's time for me to switch I'm sick of them. I'm wasting money
