75852-Midway Texas- I have had internet problems since January and received new replacement modem it doesn’t work either, their customer service telling me that it’s snowing in Montana and that’s affecting me at my specific address in Texas, but my neighbors have Hughes Net and they have no problem at all? This is unbelievable!! I’ve been with them for 16 years and I’m sure it’s snowed in Montana before and it never affected my internet but now it does?? In Texas we have blue sky’s and 75 degrees?? Doesn’t make sense at all for just my address to be affected? Their customer service is clueless to explain anything or solve my problem!! It started in January with spotty internet it worked for a while then it would just go off, then it would come back on!! I’ve reset old modem and new one also unplugged them ? Someone give me an explanation that answers what’s going on, no lies and BS!
