51002 Alta, Iowa Also we checked and your outage maps says no issues found, in our area. Please offer something as we feel like Evertek is ripping us, your customer off. We pay but don't get any service!

Your service is not good, even if there aren't atmospheric issues. We should be credited or a new POE box should be offered or maybe an upgrade of service without additional cost, should be considered since we are paying for no service for days!!!! 51002 Alta, Iowa
