18810 - Litchfield, PA - We have been without internet since around 3 PM yesterday. Despite making many attempts to reach Clarity Connect I am unable to get someone on the phone. Anyone else in the area experiencing an outage?

Spencer 14883, really Comfort Road in Danby. It is now Tuesday and my Internet has been down since last Thursday. When I call, there is an acknowledgment of outages but I can’t reach anybody. This is a huge problem that needs to be addressed. I left a message today because tech-support wasn’t answering the phone. Need some transparency here please.

14883 Danby really, Spencer address. The past day till now my Internet keeps going down even after resetting it and adjusting the satellite dish. I think our nearest station is the south part of Danby.
