The fiber internet service we are getting in Mason City is terrible and keeps getting worse. We are paying for 300mps yet even videos on my phone are constantly buffering and the internet frequently cuts out. This is getting ridiculous.

Our internet has been down since the storm and surrounding subdivisions have their internet, but I cannot get any information from casscomm regarding it. We’ve done everything they told us to do regarding restarting modem and everything else. Yet, nothing and no response from them. Sherman, IL 62684

We lost internet when the storm came though Thursday during the day on 6/29/2023. We are still without internet, but both places I work has theirs back up and I only live about 6 blocks away from one place. Pittsfield 62363

this company is a joke. it’s the only internet i can get in my area yet my wifi never works and i have no issues of my own to fix. i haven’t had a full day where my wifi doesn’t drop at least 4 times for months. every time we call they say there’s nothing wrong but clearly if i can’t use internet i pay for, there’s an issue.
