Zip: 39056. City: Clinton, MS I'm frustrated with CSpire. Around 12:00 PM on 9/22/2021, I suddenly was not able to make or receive phone calls or texts. Despite CSpire telling me I had until January 2022 to upgrade my phone, I was told by both customer service via Chat and the in-store reps that I had to upgrade my phone TODAY, i.e. the problem wasn't their network but that I had a phone that was no longer supported. I went to another CSpire store at 9:00 AM on 9/23/2021 to get a new phone. All of that went smoothly and I was able to make one phone call around 10:30 AM. Then 30 minutes later, same issues as the day before -- not able to make calls or get texts. This time, I was told by online chat that although they "didn't see a wider issue, I have had other reports of the same thing. Once we know if there's more, it can be looked at and fixed." Oh, really? You made me take off time from work to get a new phone and after I do all of that, the phone still doesn't work? Please. I will be looking for a new provider.
